Overview
Concierge Marrakech (J&M Housing) is a turnkey conciergerie that manages and rents premium villas, apartments and riads across Marrakech. I designed and built an elegant, multilingual (FR/EN/AR) website with a filterable property collection (bedrooms, guests, neighbourhood, nightly price), individual listing pages, neighbourhood guides (Palmeraie, Guéliz, Prestigia, Amelkis…), a full services breakdown, an owners' lead funnel ("estimate my income in 24h"), and a direct booking flow — all wrapped in a refined, editorial hospitality aesthetic.
The challenge
The brand needed a high-end digital presence that both attracts travellers to book exceptional villas and convinces property owners to entrust their assets — across three languages.
The approach
Built a refined, animation-rich multilingual site (FR/EN/AR) with a filterable villa & apartment collection, detailed listing pages, neighbourhood guides, a complete services section, social proof (90+ properties, 4.9/5 Google reviews), and a 24-hour owner-estimate lead funnel feeding the booking and onboarding flows.
